ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software scans resumes for relevance. Optimizing keywords and structure helps you rank higher and get seen by recruiters.
Do you store my resume?
Your input is processed for optimization and analytics in your account. We don’t sell data to third parties.
Can I cancel anytime?
No. There is no cancellation policy for this product.
Can I buy top-up credits without a subscription?
No. Top-ups are only available with an active subscription plan. Please choose a plan first, then you can purchase additional credits.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Credits reset to zero at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits expire and do not carry over.
When are my credits deducted?
Credits are only deducted when a feature is successfully used. Here’s how many credits each feature uses:
- ATS Score Check → 1 credit
- Generate Optimized CV → 3 credits
- Generate Cover Letter → 2 credits
- Interview Q&A → 3 credits
How does the CVolve Pro AI resume builder work with ATS job descriptions?
Upload your resume and paste a job description. Our AI highlights missing ATS keywords, rewrites sections for relevance, and outputs an ATS-friendly version with clean formatting.
Which file formats do you support for resume uploads and downloads?
You can upload PDF or DOCX. For best parsing and editing, DOCX is recommended. You can download your results as DOCX or PDF.
What makes a resume ATS-friendly?
Simple layout, standard headings (Summary, Experience, Education, Skills), consistent dates, and role-specific keywords. Avoid tables, images, and fancy fonts that can break ATS parsing.
Can CVolve Pro tailor my resume to a specific role?
Yes. Paste the target job description and use “Generate Optimized CV.” We align your bullets and skills to the role while keeping your experience accurate.
Are cover letters generated unique each time?
Yes. Each cover letter is generated from your resume and the target job description so it’s unique and role-specific. You can further edit the tone and highlights.
Which industries and job roles does CVolve Pro support?
We work well for tech, data, product, marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR, design, and more—entry level to leadership. Results are strongest with detailed job descriptions.
What languages are supported?
Best results are in English.
Which AI models power CVolve Pro?
Plans include either our Premium Premium + Classic options. You can switch models inside the app where available.
How accurate is the ATS score?
It’s an estimate of how well you match typical ATS keyword and formatting checks for a given job description. Use it to compare versions and identify gaps-not as a guarantee of hiring outcomes.
Do you offer coupon codes or student discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Most major debit/credit cards and supported wallets are accepted based on your region.
Is my data secure and can I request deletion?
We use secure transmission and storage. We don’t sell your data. You can request account and data deletion anytime by emailing support@cvolvepro.com.
Can I transfer credits to another account?
No. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
Do you offer refunds?
No. There is no refund policy for this product.
Does CVolve Pro integrate with LinkedIn?
Not directly. You can copy content from LinkedIn into the app or upload your resume and we’ll help you restructure and optimize it for ATS.
Any tips to quickly improve my ATS score?
Match critical skills and tools from the JD, use active verbs, quantify wins (%, $, time saved), and keep formatting simple. Re-run the score after edits to see impact.
